Our Fees & Charges

Same-Day Surcharge

Appointments booked and confirmed for the same day will incur a $30 surcharge.

Cost of Replacement Parts

We do not have a fixed pricelist for our parts as the prices of computer parts fluctuate and are quoted based on prices provided by our supplier. Feel free to ask us for a quote, all part prices are quoted prior to confirmation of purchase.

Return Charge for Repair Jobs

For Repair jobs that require our technicians to return another day to install the part will incur a $50 return fee (in place of $80 Upgrading/Install fee) to cover transport, delivery and installation.

Charge for "Unrepairable" Computers

In the unlikely event that we are not able to identify your issue after booking a repair service with us, the NETT charge will be $50 to cover transport and initial diagnosis.
Our friendly technician will be happy to advice the best solution to move forward.

Returning Customer Discount (PC Cleaning)

For returning clients who utilise our PC Cleaning service, we will provide a $10 Loyalty Discount. Please inform us that you are a returning client when scheduling an appointment.
