Appointments booked and confirmed for the same day will incur a $30 surcharge.

We do not have a fixed pricelist for our parts as the prices of computer parts fluctuate and are quoted based on prices provided by our supplier. Feel free to ask us for a quote, all part prices are quoted prior to confirmation of purchase.

For Repair jobs that require our technicians to return another day to install the part will incur a $50 return fee (in place of $80 Upgrading/Install fee) to cover transport, delivery and installation.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to identify your issue after booking a repair service with us, the NETT charge will be $50 to cover transport and initial diagnosis.
